The author of America’s Climate Century (2013), Senator Hogg has spoken across Iowa and around the country to call on Americans to make the fight against climate change our new national purpose. None of us asked for climate change or other threats to sustainability, but like prior generations of Americans, we can lead the world to take the climate action we so urgently need to safeguard our people and our property from the threat of climate change.
