Each election year the Sierra Club goes through a lengthy process to choose the best candidates for endorsement on the local, state, and national level. Your Political Committee; Bob Greenbaum, Glen Campbell, Ann Soika, Philip Crume, and myself; is a big part of this process and we’ve spent a significant amount of time reviewing candidate questionnaires and developing relationships so that we have open lines of communication with the candidate’s offices when they are elected. This work ultimately serves a very significant role in the club’s oversight and sometimes need for change of environmental laws and regulations.
