“Carbon Nation” Showing July 13 in Rocky River at 7

Carbon Nation is a feature length documentary about climate change solutions. Even if you doubt the severity of the impact of climate change or just don’t buy it at all, this is a compelling and relevant film that illustrates how SOLUTIONS to climate change also address other social, economic and national security issues.

Carbon Nation is an optimistic discovery of what people are already doing, what we as a nation could be doing and what the world needs to do to prevent (or slow down) the impending climate crisis. We already have the technology to combat most of the worst case scenarios of climate change, and it is very good business as well.

Co-sponsored by The Sierra Club, Ohio Interfaith Power and Light, Mom’s Clean Air Force, and The Audubon Society, as partners in Ohio’s Climate Action Coalition. The Climate Action Coalition advocates for climate action and clean air public policies. Members of the Coalition will be present to share information about the work they are doing and ways to be involved. (Film length: 84 minutes)
