Save Carnegie South Library – Meeting May 29 @ 7

Carnegie South LibrarySierra Club’s new Urban Issues committee is working to save Carnegie South Library with the Tremont activist group TREMONTSTERS. It’s an unspoiled 101-year-old library in Tremont that could be sold by Cleveland Public Library. It’s on two bike paths (walkable and bike friendly) and the community wants to save it and HATES the new location. The most sustainable building is one standing! The first meeting is on May 29th at Carnegie South’s temporary location on the northwest corner of W. 25th and Clark Ave. BE THERE or be square. The meeting starts at 7 p.m.
